CELTIC FAERIES

ETAIN

THE MERROW

THE SIDHE

(More to come)

Here in the Faery Marshes, the light is fading. The shadows of the trees are growing longer. You see foxglove and primrose, and lilac and pussy willow. Plants found where faeries are. It's easier to hear them, to sense them, than to see them. The faeries are shy. You may have to come back more than once. Be patient. Quiet down, and watch.

But don't get too relaxed. You wouldn't want to fall asleep here. You know that they say. Once you fall asleep to a faery song, you're lost forever.

Did you know that our era is unique - throughout history - in that we have no commonly-accepted frame of reference for magical experiences?

Perhaps we need magic. Perhaps it is still around us...alive...
.

....sleeping like the seeds underground, waiting to burst into bloom...
