(More quotable quotes) 1995 - Peter the investment counselor: "I am the only prominent economist who does not know when the stock market is going to crash." Anytime - Mary on making dinner reservations: "Four for dinner for Dr. Senn." 1995 - Peter on the family football pool: "How come Gene and not me always wins?" From Ray and Roz Stone |

Stability in one's life is important to good mental health. Peter, you are a steadfast constant in my life. You never miss a game unless you are out of town, you always call the same game, "five card draw", you always serve Romanian deli, and you're usually seated at the end of the table. Gone are the cigars and brandy, for good reason. Thankfully, the stakes have remained reasonable. At this stage in life if you change any of those constants it would blur my vision and cloud my memory of our association. Keep it up Peter for another 50 years! Fond regards to you and Mary on this occasion. From Norbert and Shirley Simon |

It "takes guts to open", but to stay with a pat hand for 50 years is truly a winning combination. Facts of Life: 1. Pastrami doesn't belong in the refrigerator. 2. A little lox goes a long way. 3. Growing old together makes things hard...sometimes. Best Wishes on your 50th. From Dave Friedler and "Shim" Neems |
